Your career doesn't have to follow someone else's timeline.

Non-Linear Careers is a media and education brand for mid-career professionals who have worked in various industries and finally want to build something of their own. We provide guidance, resources and the community support needed in this journey

What we believe

Most career advice is built for people starting out. Mid-career professionals face complex problems: accumulated expertise that feels misaligned and identity tied to a title that no longer fits.

The standard playbook doesn't account for higher stakes. Non-Linear Careers was built to fill that gap.

"Your multiple interests are a superpower, make the most of it."

—Chinenye Oguadinma, Host & Lead Strategist
